Executive Assistant – For Head of Risk for Consumer, Private Bank and Wealth

Description

This role provides executive support and project coordination to the Head of Risk for Consumer, Private Bank and Wealth . The ideal candidate brings prior experience supporting senior leaders, operates with a high level of organization and discretion, and can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys partnering with leadership, takes ownership of their work, and can execute independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and meeting alignment to support key priorities

  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for leadership meetings; coordinate Teams meetings

  • Track and ensure completion of deliverables across the Risk team

  • Monitor and manage Outlook communications, including drafting and handling confidential information

  • Support follow-up on Risk initiatives with a high level of discretion

  • Compile materials and documentation for critical meetings

  • Coordinate travel, expense processing, and reconciliation

  • Provide onsite coordination and support for events as needed

  • Support and manage Risk projects and initiatives as needed

  • Assist with additional projects as assigned

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders in large organizations

  • High attention to detail with strong time management

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive mindset with a flexible, “can-do” approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; Project and Visio a plus)

  • Familiarity with SharePoint preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated project management capability

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma required

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $48.55-$63.94 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
