Description

A Manager, Property Projects in the context of Servicing and Operations is responsible for overseeing property related projects within an organization. Their role involves managing the planning, execution, and delivery of property projects, such as renovations, repairs, or maintenance. They collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success. They develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to meet objectives. Additionally, they ensure compliance with regulations, manage project budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Evaluating and providing guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; developing strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals.
  • Overseeing the hiring, development and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors.
  • Collaborating with business executives on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project related roles and responsibilities.
  • Designing, establishing and monitoring the program's project management goals.
  • While managing professional associates and / or supervisors the incumbent is responsible for project planning and oversight, which includes developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for property projects.
  • The incumbent is also responsible for stakeholder management, which may involve collaborating with internal terms, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for resource allocation and management, which may involve the allocation of resources, including budget, to support property projects.
  • The incumbent may also adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible for performance monitoring and reporting , which includes developing and providing regular reports on project status, milestones, and metrics.
  • Lastly, the incumbent is responsible for risk assessment and mitigation, where the incumbent may identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies, while providing subject matter guidance to associates and colleagues.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Valid Drivers License, required

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40+
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
