Product Manager – Digital Channels/Cash Management

Role Overview

Citizens is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and ongoing management of key cash management and treasury-related products. This role will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver product enhancements, support platform launches, and drive solutions that meet client needs while supporting business growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience, a client‑centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across the product lifecycle.

  • Own and manage product initiatives across assigned cash management solutions, from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancement
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities
  • Lead product roadmap planning to support client needs, revenue growth, and long‑term product strategy
  • Support product testing, readiness, and launch activities to ensure successful rollout and adoption
  • Gather and incorporate client, market, and stakeholder feedback into product enhancements
  • Ensure product initiatives align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements or new capabilities over time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in product management, preferably within financial services, treasury, or payments
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally with technology and business teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with cash management, treasury, payments, APIs, or ERP‑related solutions
  • Experience supporting platform launches or significant product enhancements
  • Familiarity with agile or iterative product development methodologies
  • Experience in commercial online/digital banking

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $111,000-$139,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
