Business Analyst – Cash Management

Role Overview

Citizens is seeking a Business Analyst to support cash management and access channel initiatives across a growing portfolio of products. This role will partner with product, technology, operations, and other cross‑functional teams to support product enhancements, operational improvements, and project delivery.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience documenting business and process requirements, and the ability to support multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis across assigned cash management and access channel products
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements
  • Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives
  • Evaluate current business processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Document current‑state and future‑state processes, procedures, and policy changes
  • Support implementation of process and product changes, including updates to procedures and controls
  • Collaborate with technology and project teams throughout the development and delivery lifecycle
  • Support project timelines by proactively identifying issues, dependencies, and risks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within financial services or regulated environments
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements and business processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support concurrent initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with product, technology, and operations teams

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting cash management, treasury, payments, or digital access solutions
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations, APIs, or platform‑based products
  • Experience supporting product enhancements or operational change initiatives
  • Knowledge of agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $128,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
