As the Private Wealth Registered Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and support within the wealth management space. You will work closely with Wealth Managers and Client Relationship Managers on the team to ensure a seamless client experience and provide administrative and operational support to meet client needs effectively.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients, proactively addressing and resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the wealth manager as necessary
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with high-net-worth clients, wealth managers, and wealth management team members
  • Coordinate client meetings
  • Process and monitor client transactions; assist with onboarding and account openings
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Finance to resolve client issues
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts ensuring prompt and complete resolution

Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar, required
  • Previous client service and administrative experience within Wealth Management, strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant financial Industry experience (i.e., prior brokerage or RIA) required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality, professional client service with a polished and approachable demeanor
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and proactively anticipates and responds to client needs
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses strongly preferred; candidates without these certifications are encouraged to apply if interested in pursuing and meet the minimum qualifications

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Work Structure: In-office/In-person position in our Naples, FL location
