Hear from our PCRMs about their impact
“Partnership at Citizens is the key to everything. A real “one team approach” is what my clients feel whenever they work with me. My Private Client Financial Advisor and I had a discovery meeting for a new client and found that beyond his rollover needs, he has a mother who is ill and a home that needed to be re-financed. We collaborated with my Mortgage Loan Officer and were able to take care of the clients’ needs on multiple fronts. Working with advisors here is a real partnership as we bring more eyes, and expertise to the table.”

"I felt a sense of immense pride when implementing my first financial plan. I had the trust of all my partners. The clients were two physicians that put their full faith in my team and what we could do for them. We started with $6,500 CD and ended with a $1.8M dollar relationship. I look forward to every meeting. We have only met virtually, however I know I will be invited to their children’s weddings."

"I was able to secure an appointment with a client to meet with myself and my Private Client Financial Advisor to review her external investments. We were able to address how her allocation in her current investments did not match her risk tolerance, as well as the way her account was structured and the type of funds were cutting into her returns from the extensive fees. Being able to build rapport and trust led to earning the conversation about her investments, and how we can help meet her financial goals."
