Citizens Private Bank continues to grow its strategic initiative across California and other markets. Helping to drive overall results, the Executive Assistant, will provide administrative support to Southern California Executive Market Director. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of sophistication, professionalism, initiative and accountability. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Support executive with expense management, travel, and schedule, technology support, phone and email responses/monitoring, and also provide support to team members as needed in line with business deliverables. Will attend meetings and take notes, action items, and actively follow up, as appropriate. 
  • Project support/leadership may include allocating resources, assigning tasks, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Business support in the process of identifying areas for improvement, process optimization and workflow efficiency, and collaborate with internal partners to problem solve/support solution
  • Project support related to service delivery and performance, which involves proactively identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks in service delivery, striving for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years administrative support experience of a senior executive required – 2+ years minimum (calendar management, email, travel, expense reports, etc.)
  • Previous experience in business analysis/support role leading formal process improvement and project manager/coordinator functions within the financial services or related industry preferred
  • Demonstrated 3+ years of utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills within a sophisticated/high profile client service environment required
  • Competent in Systems knowledge with 3+ years experience in MS Office; SharePoint & Teams required (or similar software)
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, action-oriented focus, effective time management skills required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Ideal candidate maintains a positive attitude in an environment with quickly changing priorities and brings a growth mindset

Hours & Work Schedule 

  • Hours per Week:  40
  • Work Schedule:  M - F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some days may require staying later until 6:00 PM apx or starting early for East Coast hours) 

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - 100,000 per year . Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
