Acquisition Product Manager – Consumer Credit Card

Description

The consumer credit card business is undergoing a significant transformation, and a key component to ensure we are growing the business in a profitable manner is the connectivity across pricing, credit, and analytics. I am seeking an individual to focus on all acquisition activities – targeting, segmentation and cross sell strategy. 

Responsibilities:

  • Owner of the Consumer Credit Card acquisition strategy, working to drive growth and improved customer engagement, collaborating with various teams to optimize product and channel performance.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market research needs across consumer credit card. 
  • Responsible for optimizing our targeting approach to deepen with existing customers. 
  • Key contributor in the delivery of the Card financial plan, including balance growth, activation, utilization, revenue generation, credit performance, and expense management.
  • Supports weekly/monthly performance management routines and works closely with analytic partners on reporting development and portfolio insights.
  • Partners closely with teams across credit risk, fraud, pricing, and ED&A to ensure best-in-class capabilities and performance across the full spectrum of support functions.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years in product leadership role and/or top-tier strategy experience, ideally in financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in acquisition strategies, with focus on targeting and segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of loan-level profitability economics, with the ability to articulate how changes in products will impact profitability and portfolio performance.
  • Ability to partner closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize portfolio strategies.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment, making key business prioritization decisions.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with the ability to self-prioritize.
  • Data-driven decision making.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Hours & Work Schedule:

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M-F 8-5

Hybrid – 3 days in office 2 days remote

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this position is $119,000 - $185,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
