Citizens Private Bank continues to accelerate its strategy to build out Wealth Management, scale Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. A dynamic, industry leader has been appointed as Head of Citizens Private Wealth Managers to oversee this strategy. This individual is leading efforts to attract top-quality wealth managers and their teams from across the U.S. to grow our business. Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise, and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances. We are looking for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a gold glove level of experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty to join this specialized team.

As a Private Wealth Management - Transitions Operations Specialist at Citizens Private Wealth, you will be a crucial part in the onboarding of newly recruited Wealth Advisor(s) teams. The individual manages the detailed end to end transition of the new colleagues and their books of business, operating with both speed and attention to detail. The operations specialist understands the overall process, as well as the individual steps, and can problem solve to address unique needs of a particular team. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate client needs, and contribute to the success of the team.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Collaborate with Transition Manager to define plan to onboard experienced Wealth Manager teams
  • Shepherds the end-to-end onboarding process for newly acquired clients (Account Opening & Transfers)
  • Works to organize technology, systems, and tools prior to day one onboarding
  • Act as a resource on firm policies and procedures
  • Maintain/manage organized data on workflow submissions and cases with a high level of confidentiality
  • Serve as a liaison for the wealth manager teams and the various business units within the firm
  • Respond to daily inquiries and ad hoc requests for clients and ensure timely solutions and deliverable

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Solid organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation experience
  • Excellent client service skills – Professional and Polished
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple internal teams/multi-task priorities
  • Ability to travel domestically, up to 75%, and for extended periods of time is required (likely to CA, FL, BOS, NY)
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a high-pressure environment
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and can proactively recognize and anticipate client needs
  • Demonstrate proactive follow-up and follow through on a task from start to finish
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66, strongly preferred or interest in obtaining; not required for application
  • Knowledge of federal (FINRA) and state (Insurance) License requirements, preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of Financial Industry experience, preferably in Wealth Management/Brokerage Ops (sales support or middle office)
  • An understanding of CSI Operational processes, policies, and procedures, preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (some weekends)
  • Travel Required during onboarding of new teams
  • Work Structure: In-Office/Hybrid Schedule

Pay Transparency 

  • The salary range for this position is $33.65 - $46.15 per hour with the opportunity to earn an annualized discretionary bonus. Potential to earn a total compensation up to 100k inclusive of overtime. Some travel and weekend work is required. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, relevant skills and experience.
