Description
As the Servicing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues and internal colleagues.
Primary responsibilities include
- Performs clerical operations related tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature, with high quality, in a fast-paced environment.
- Applies various learned methods, procedures and knowledge of the business unit's product(s) and application(s) to perform tasks.
- Works independently most of the time, performs basic research tasks and problem solving in assigned areas.
- Ensures work complies with departmental procedures, applicable regulations, risk policies and SLA(s).
- Performs basic data entry tasks, compile simple data elements and perform routine math calculations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- 1 year of payment and/or bank related work experience
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in an accurate and timely manner in a fast paced environment
- Process improvement mindset
- Ability to plan & prioritize daily responsibilities with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning agility
- Beginner to intermediate in Microsoft (MS) Office tools including Outlook, Excel, & Word
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday, with required OT on Rotating Sundays 1 PM-5 PM and potentially as needed M-F
*Role is based out of Riverside. Upon being fully trained onsite, the role will be 3 days onsite/2 days remote and any OT on Sundays is remote
