Okta Enrollment
for SSO and MFA
Okta is our Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution, designed to enhance the security of our applications.As part of the Citizens onboarding experience, you will need to enroll in Okta if you have not already. This can be completed at https://citizensbank.okta.com/
Connectivity Guidance for Remote Colleagues
For optimal performance, ensure that your internet connection meets the following minimum requirements:
- Download Speed: 100 Mpbs
- Upload Speed: 20 Mbps
Work with your internet provider, as needed, to align with these specifications.
General Usage Guidelines
Your Citizens-issued laptop / device is company property and should be kept in good condition. Please keep your corporate device clean and free of stickers, and refrain from eating or drinking near the device to prevent spills.
Always keep your device in a safe place, and ensure your device is securely locked or logged off when not in use to protect company information.
