Seeking a highly motivated Senior Strategy Consultant to join the Consumer Banking Strategy group. In this role, you will be a key member of the team accountable for delivering actionable answers to high leverage business questions, defining success measures to track progress, supporting high-level execution of strategic initiatives, and bringing rigor and objectivity to strategic decisions. In addition, you’ll play a role in preparing for documents for key executive touchpoints, including board presentations, executive committee presentations, and business line reviews. In developing strategy, you will delve into industry trends, perform competitive analysis, synthesize data into actionable insights, and build business cases, all while developing deep expertise in consumer banking. Success in this role will be grounded in the ability to learn quickly, think critically about problems, marry qualitative and quantitative data, make actionable recommendations, and influence senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovative strategies and differentiate our Consumer Banking offerings.
-Develop materials for executive strategy and business performance presentations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights.
- Develop businesses cases in tight partnership with finance teams
- Develop, Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or related field; consulting experience preferred
- Proven track record of developing successful strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Learning mindset with the ability to pick up new subjects quickly
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on driving results.
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $81,315 - $135,625. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
