We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented marketer to help drive customer engagement and deepen relationships within our Deposits Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting marketing campaigns and communications that nurture and expand existing customer relationships.

As a Marketing Partner, you will lead the execution of integrated marketing initiatives focused on generating low cost deposits and deepening relationships within our Deposits business. This includes campaign management across direct mail, email, mobile app messaging, digital marketing (SEM, display, social), website updates, editorial content, and retail branch signage. You will collaborate closely with partners across Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and with excellence.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Communication

  • Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, and agencies to manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress and resolve roadblocks
  • Identify opportunities for improvements based on campaign learnings
  • Communicate updates clearly and keep teams aligned

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Support the development of creative assets, manage revisions, and ensure materials align with key messages
  • Conduct quality checks across all campaign elements (proofs, previews, tracking links, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to review disclosures and marketing language
  • Manage tracking link requests and web updates
  • Oversee the handoff of final assets to partners and agencies

Direct Mail & Email Coordination

  • Work with data teams to develop and review mailing lists
  • Manage proofing process, data audits, and list reviews to ensure quality

Budget Management

  • Monitor campaign budgets to ensure media buys, expenses, and invoices align with plan
  • Process budget adjustments and track moving funds requests

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in direct mail, email, or integrated campaign management
  • Proven ability to manage projects with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Financial services experience preferred (Deposits, Lending, or similar a plus)
  • Familiarity with Agile marketing approaches is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage details

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

Hours and Schedule:

Hours: 40

Schedule: M-F 8-5 Hybrid in Westwood MA office 3 days a week 2 days remote.
