Citizens Wealth has crafted a strategy to transform its business and achieve its vision to be the Wealth firm of choice for individuals, their families and their businesses. In supporting this vision, we are looking to hire a Wealth Strategy Consultant, who will have the opportunity to rotate through the different Home Office functions of Wealth – Office of the CIO, Office of the COO, and Planning and UHNW Solutions. This opportunity will provide an end-to-end understanding of Wealth and position the individual for growth opportunities in the future.  The individual will focus efforts to improve the client and / or colleague experience and have interactions with all Wealth Leadership team members. Wealth will support the individual taking the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam if desired (not mandatory) and following completion of the rotations – will be guaranteed placement into one of the three Home Office functions and / or will be welcome to apply to any open role in Wealth. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Aid Wealth leaders and their teams to diagnose problems, identify and prioritize opportunities, develop strategies, and drive solutions as needed 
  • Serve as an analytical and project management resource for varied critical initiatives or special projects/requests as needed 
  • Provide recurring and ad hoc research to support various business lines and internal partners' initiatives  
  • Develop high-quality and agile presentations in a timely manner for senior and executive management along with ad hoc requests  
  • Track key information for various purposes and coordinate with other groups within the organization 
  • Research and analyze competitive market and industry trends to inform and support the business strategy 
  • Ensure integrity of the data being used in extracted reports and ad hoc requests 
  • Build strong working relationships with internal partners and teammates 

Qualifications:  

  • Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry  
  • Interest in a career within the Wealth Management industry  
  • Ability to work autonomously, using direction and judgment to deliver responsibilities 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines 
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills – ability to communicate effectively 
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to interact and partner with colleagues at all levels of the organization 
  • Demonstrate high degree of adaptability and flexibility in the workplace, responding efficiently to changing projects and dynamics 
  • Have a continuous learning and innovation mindset  
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 , plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
