This Senior Retail Property Project Manager role has the responsibility for all efforts to execute and deliver property project management for Retail Network Transformation Team. This role is the direct connection to the properties project management team to execute on all aspects of RNT projects and programs. 

The incumbent will provide coordination and direction to a team of business analysts, project managers, and external vendors and will provide the Head of Retail Construction with all program updates. Our team manages and produces an average of (165) retail projects per year.

Responsibilities will also include (but will not be limited to):

  • Identify and Escalating high priority potential issues and manage through remediation. 
  • Ensure managed RNT projects are delivered within dates and budget provided by Retail Properties Manager. 
  • Management/Implementation of vendor contracts with Procurement.
  • Develop and maintain a procedure to track critical benchmarks and vendor deliverables. This procedure must include reportable metrics. Goal is to produce a more automated system. 
  • Roles to include, but not limited to:
    • Project Kick off notifications
    • Survey management
    • Initial Permit management
    • Drawing deliverables for Architects, MEP, Security, DIRTT walls, Branch Equipment, etc. 
    • Vendor Relation management. 

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience with Properties, Budgeting and Vendor Management.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, construction schedules, and leases.
  • Proven communication both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Proven track record to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to assure successful timely completion of all programs
  • Maintain focus in high volume environment
  • Collaborative, Organized and Detail-oriented
  • Ability to ask critical questions and think proactively. 
  • Computer software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel as the need arises 

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License, required
  • Project Management Experience or equivalent

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per week: 40+ Hours

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
