Description

The Property Analyst role within Property Real Estate Operations has responsibility for aiding in the daily needs of Real Estate Operations. This role will be responsible for updating and maintaining certain systems that are used by the team. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection.  The Property Analyst will work closely with various business line and team members within the Citizens enterprise.  

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Direct report into Head of Real Estate Operations
  • Maintain Real Estate Operations organizational chart on a weekly basis through Visio format and Excel sheets
  • Keep all job descriptions for team updated 
  • Align with and maintain HR Hierarchy 
  • Gather Weekly Reports of team metrics including Work Orders, Incident Reports, Project Delivery metrics, KPIs, etc.
  • Gather and analyze data. Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
  • Assist with project management for selected projects
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
  • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools
  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to help inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions

Work Related Experience:

  • 1-3 years related work experience

Work Related Experience:

  • Good written/communications skills and experience 
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Property - Facilities corporate environment  
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word
  • Preferred experience with Tableau and Facilities Maintenance software
  • Relevant recognized formal qualification in Business Analysis is desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and teams within Business Change Management
  • Self-thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate

Educational and Other Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 4 years relevant Business Analyst experience
  • Valid Driver’s License

Hours and Work Schedule:

  • Hours per Week: 16
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday
