Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Manager to oversee the administration of program governance and support key business functions for our Branch Transformation Program. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to optimizing business processes while maintaining compliance with policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end program governance and associated documentation, ensuring rules, policies and structures guiding the program are properly implemented and followed.
- Coordinate and manage initiatives that support the retail network transformation strategy.
- Act as the point of contact, facilitating communication to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in decision-making.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, liaising with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize meetings, draft agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure action items are .
- Plan, coordinate, and host executive sessions and problem-solving sessions.
- Obtain regular updates and prepare workstream status reports for key projects and initiatives.
- Present information clearly and concisely, anticipating needs and addressing questions or concerns.
- Prepare, review, and compose executive presentations, including those with confidential and sensitive information.
- Monitor performance, tracking progress, risks and outcomes to ensure objectives are met.
- Analyze data and produce insights to optimize performance, identify problems, and propose solutions.
- Manage and maintain internal governance SharePoint site as a record retention depository.
- Develop and coordinate distribution of timely, relevant communications for branch transformation projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and build partnerships across business lines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to tailor messaging based on the audience.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Business support/project management experience
- Understanding of Retail banking
- Proficiency in MS365 suite, including SharePoint, PowerApps(preferred), and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.

Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Other locations considered; will be based out of a Citizens office location and follow a hybrid work schedule, 3 days onsite/week.
