As a Home Mortgage Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle service-related inbound customer service calls. We’re looking for forward thinking, problem solvers who can provide world class customer service to our Mortgage Customers. 

Qualifications

  • One or more years of customer service or sales experience.  
  • Willingness to work a schedule that is primarily Monday-Friday 1st shift 
  • High school diploma or GED.

Hours and Work Schedule: 

Hours per Week: 40 

Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm eastern time. In office for minimum of the first 90-days. Training hours are Monday- Friday from 9am-6pm EST for approximately 8 weeks. There is the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule following the first 90 days post-training. This means that after getting acclimated and completing the training, there may be the opportunity to enjoy the flexibility of working both remotely and in the office.

  • Comp: $20.00 per hour
