Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting traders, sales and closers with booking and closing both primary and secondary par and distressed loan trades from transaction to close
  • Managing trade positions to confirm positions are reconciled
  • Assist with amendment voting, refinancings, restructures, extensions and prepayments
  • Complete KYC requirements prior to close
  • Work with operations in order to ensure successful closing and funding of trades
  • Liaison with counterparties, agents, legal counsel and borrowers to ensure smooth trade settlement 
  • Reconcile with operations any issues with trade settlement, positions, agent discrepancies
  • Advise traders, sales of any discrepancies with trade settlement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years of commercial loan closing experience 
  • Prior experience with LIQ, ClearPar, Syndtrak (or equivalent) and Bloomberg preferred   
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited university preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills
  • Highly organized with ability to multi-task
  • Ability to excel in fast paced environment

Hours:  40

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday
