Sr. Treasury Relationship Manager 

Primary responsibilities include

• Take the lead role in all client proposals and presentations related to Treasury Solutions.
• Provide detailed cost/benefit analysis, pricing and expert level solution consultation
• Lead all client call preparation by coordinating all partners, marketing materials and strategic plan for all client engagements.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of a client’s challenges and make necessary recommendations that enable that client to achieve its objectives
• Demonstrate expert level product knowledge and provide meaningful guidance to clients
• Possess a deep and insightful view of market conditions that impact treasury management
• Ability to build and develop relationships with clients and earn the trusted advisor status

Qualifications 

• Minimum 8+ years Treasury Services sales experience.
• Expert knowledge of cash management and card solutions. 
• Excellent communications skills focused on delivering impactful messaging.
• Act with integrity and honesty in accordance with our Code of Ethics
• Goal oriented, self-driven and focused on delivering results.
• Ability to identify, evaluate and minimize potential risks to the bank its customers, including fraud and other criminal acts.
• Appropriate travel expected within market coverage range

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: M - F 8am to 5pm
