The Colleague Technology Collaboration Services performs a critical role in defining and implementing the end user delivery strategy. This role within the Colleague Technology Services department offers the opportunity to be part of the collaboration and productivity technology across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate is an expert in the Power Platform & SharePoint, having proven experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a standard delivery and operations model. The candidate applies this expertise across all aspects of the end user service design framework to deliver a superior colleague experience which is scalable, sustainable and supportable.

Primary Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi).

· Manage and support SharePoint Online environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

· Implement best practices for application development, deployment, and maintenance within the Microsoft ecosystem.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint Online.

· Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the solutions deployed.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and integrate new features as appropriate.

· Develops the technical design and operational procedures for the collaboration and productivity environments and services within the technology scope of position.

· Collaborates with information security, distributed compute and other teams to develop a rigorous service portfolio.

· Participate in an agile working environment

· Perform consultations with business units, helping to further develop their site solutions and automated workflows.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

· 5 to 10 years and expert knowledge in many areas of the role’s technology focus including service design, monitoring, alerting, management, integration & migration, backup & disaster recovery, in a large, geographically distributed organization with multiple data centers.

· Expert knowledge and application of Microsoft collaboration products. Including, SharePoint and Power Apps design, SQL Admin knowledge and Powershell scripting.

· Broad knowledge of the end user technology domain including compute, collaboration and productivity.

· Able to create high-quality engineering and operational runbooks and procedural documentation.

· Dedication to improving knowledge of the technology domain throughout the organization.

· Experience operating in a and industry best practices and security principles for electronic regulated environment, healthcare, banking etc. is a plus.

· Strong ability to identify issues in the environment and can efficiently communicate the issues with colleagues and management.

· Process oriented and can document work processes and workflows.

· Able to succeed and integrate into a fast paced environment in a highly collaborative manner self-motivated and requiring able to operate with minimal supervision.

· Critical thinker is required, ability to research and collaborate effectively.

· Able to speak and write English at a professional and technically proficient level including understanding of good documentation practices

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $ 94,118 - $ 141,177 .per year  plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
