As a Procurement Change Management Specialist focusing on change management and training, you will provide training, reporting and insights to support key business leader initiatives. Collaborating with other financial staff, you will improve processes and offer recommendations to ensure colleagues have informative, relevant and inspirational training. Primary responsibilities include:
· Change Management: Leading and managing change initiatives within the Property & Procurement department. This includes assessing the impact of changes, developing change management strategies, and ensuring smooth transitions.
· Training and Development: Designing and delivering training programs for Property & Procurement staff. This involves identifying training needs, creating training materials, and conducting workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and management, to ensure alignment and support for changes.
· Communication: Communicating changes and updates to the Property & Procurement team and other relevant parties. Ensuring clear and consistent messaging to facilitate understanding and acceptance.
· Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking the progress of change initiatives and training programs. Evaluating their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
· Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with changes. Developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
· Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of change management activities and training sessions. Ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 3 years of experience designing and delivering training for internal colleagues
- 5 years experience of designing and executing change management in a large corporate environment
- Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills
- Customer empathy
- Technical Skills: Video editing, voice production, training needs analysis, instructional development, storytelling, project management, test feedback
- Evaluation methods: practical tests, portfolio review, project management scenarios, communication exercises, empathy scenarios and feedback analysis
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40 hrs
- Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Role is onsite in Johnston, RI.
