The Senior Aprimo Business System Analyst is an experienced professional responsible for managing enterprise and marketing processes within the Citizens branded “OneView” tool, as well as internal colleagues who use it. The OneView tool provides critical E2E support for all marketing initiatives and customer-facing documents, including compliance adherence. This individual will be responsible for optimizing both the marketing and non-marketing areas of the tool and finding efficiencies in how the business process is reflected in OneView. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple internal colleagues who use the system, as well as vendor support teams. Additionally, this role will provide support to front-line users, lead training, handle change management and perform ongoing maintenance to ensure the health of the system.

The Business System Analyst will: 

  • Manage the OneView user base, facilitating the onboarding process for new users 
  • QC and test all new workflows to ensure they’re working as designed and meet all business requirements 
  • Deliver training (including documentation) in support of workflow changes/introductions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, which may involve the vendors for support
  • Assist users with questions or problems raised via the shared mailbox and/or Office Hours. 
  • Establish Change Management processes
  • Partner with the DAM team as necessary 
  • Maintain awareness of and plan for system upgrades, including User Acceptance Testing of new software versions provided by vendor and communicate changes to users as needed
  • Document (via Visio) and capture functional specifications needed to edit/create new workflows based off of business processes
  • Proactively stay on top of new technology and consider ways to increase efficiency and productivity, such as controlled use of AI

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of workflow management experience (ie Aprimo or another tool such as Workfront)
  • 2+ years of application support administration, preferably with Aprimo SaaS software
  • Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio or similar diagram/process flowchart software
  • Ability to build strong relationships across a diverse set of internal and external business partners
  • Background in banking or regulated industry preferred but not required
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications 

  • Working knowledge of Aprimo software
  • Experience with embedded AI functionality
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Hours: 40

Schedule Monday-Friday 8-5 Hybrid in Westwood MA office 3 days 2 days remote.
