The Product Marketing Partner for Deposits Acquisition will ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns and always-on tactics to enable the division to drive growth while reducing risk and cost. This is an executional role in which you will participate in the development, advocacy, and execution of integrated marketing plans.  

The Product Marketing Partner will collaborate with marketing partners, other key internal partners, and external vendors while ensuring an excellent customer experience.  Other key partners include Growth Strategy, Content Strategy, Greenhouse (internal creative agency), external agencies, Brand & Advertising, Marketing Data & Analytics,Marketing Operations (COE), Legal/Compliance, Sales and Strategy, and Digital SMEs. 

A key element of this role is to lead end-to-end execution of all marketing activities for the assigned product(s) or line(s) of business.  The marketing channels include direct marketing (DM/EM/TM), digital marketing (SEM, ODA, social, website), mobile app messaging, citizensbank.com, editorial articles, retail branch printed and digital signage, as well as overall project management for fully integrated marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Flawless End-to-End Marketing Execution –Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as Direct Mail, Email, SEM ad copy, Digital Units for ODA, social posts, editorial articles, web plans, and landing pages
    1. MRM/OneView workflow ownership of all assets; including any discussion with legal/compliance
    2. Develop and manage project schedules and identify key dependencies across tactics to ensure on-time delivery.  Ownership of all marketing project plans, including direct marketing matrix and instructions for internal data teams and external vendors.
    3. Manage campaign costs and vendor payments to ensure compliance with internal finance and budget policies and on-budget delivery
    4. Creative Brief development for tier 1 or non-strategic activities
    5. QC of data and creative audits in partnership with internal and external agencies and vendor partners (Epic, Zeta, HKM, etc)
  2. Lead Integration & Innovation Across All Channels – Spearhead cross-channel integration to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience, while identifying opportunities to drive efficiency with innovative channel solutions and optimizations.
    1. Ensure creative and copy is appropriate for channel and utilizes channel best practices
    2. Work with Retail Marketing Partner and sales & strategy to ensure retail partner alignment & engagement 
    3. Email: ensure email best practices employed where possible
    4. Landing Pages: mobile first execution for landing pages 
    5. Digital - excellence for all digital assets, including appropriate tracking via tagging and pixel placements through collaboration with digital analytics and web teams
  3. Track and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns – Track execution and performance of various marketing activities and provide insight and recommendations for future campaigns

Required Skills/Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutions
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Track record of developing creative solutions and strategies to complex problems
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Broad marketing communications experience including advertising, direct, digital, branch merchandising and public relations
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office (specifically Power Point and Excel)

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience with marketing execution
  • Financial services experience a plus
  • Experience with MRM systems a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 Hybrid Schedule 3 days in the Westwood MA office 2 days work from home.
