We are seeking a highly skilled Private Wealth Recruiter to join our dynamic team, with a primary focus on serving the unique needs of Citizens Private Wealth. As a key player in our organization, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier executive talent within the wealth management space. This colleague will handle full-cycle recruitment for role including alternative investments, equity research, portfolio management, trade operations, client services, tax specialist and more.  This recruiter must exhibit a high level of polish and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client-Centric Approach: Tailor recruitment strategies to align with Citizens Private Wealth's distinctive culture and values, ensuring candidates resonate with the company's vision and mission. 
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber wealth management professionals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with Citizens Private Wealth executives and hiring managers to understand their unique needs, providing a personalized recruitment experience that exceeds expectations. 
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging talent pools, offering strategic insights to enhance the wealth management team. 
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals, fostering a collaborative and integrated approach to talent acquisition.  
  • Candidate Experience: Champion an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring seamless communication, timely feedback, and a transparent recruitment process that reflects Citizens Private Wealth's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in Private Wealth recruitment (RIA, Wealth Managers, Private Bank experience)
  • Deep understanding of Citizens Private Wealth’s business model, values, and the specific skill set required within its wealth management team. 
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. 
  • Strategic mindset with the capacity to adapt to changing business priorities and market dynamics. 
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices, coupled with a keen awareness of emerging trends in wealth management.

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M-F 8-5

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $104,000-$156,000, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
