Sr Executive Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant to work with the Regional Executive within Commercial Banking in our San Francisco office. The qualified candidate will provide first class, confidential, reliable, and comprehensive administrative support to the executive and their teams.

This is a hybrid in office/remote role (ideally, 3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remote).

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Advanced administrative support that includes a daily variety of tasks supporting the executive and the team.
  • Manage executive calendar and day to day operations of the office.
  • Serve as ambassador of the team in interfacing with key stakeholders and serving as general office manager for the department.
  • Perform data entry and pull reports within Salesforce as well as other systems.
  • Respond to, forward and/or distribute email communications as appropriate.
  • Human Resource support, travel planning, travel expenses when needed.
  • Onboard new hires as needed. 
  • Uphold high standards for work quality and privacy.
  • Maintain and order marketing supplies as needed. 
  • Create presentations in PowerPoint and advanced excel spreadsheets.
  • Process payables/invoices for the office.
  • Business Continuity Planning support.
  • Ability to spearhead issues in the office: maintenance items, repairs, parking etc.

Requirements

  • Senior administrative experience of 5 - 7 years required.
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced Excel skills including ability to create, modify, link, navigate pivot tables, in spreadsheets
  • Strong Word, Powerpoint, and Teams experience. 
  • Solid written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Concur and Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred
  • Must be proactive, with demonstrated ability to take initiative. 
  • Attention to detail and sensitivity to confidential matters.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and ability/desire to meet or exceed deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Commercial Banking experience preferred. 

Education, Certification, and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Hours per Week:  40

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $99,024 - $112,527 per year.  Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, relevant skills, and experience.
