Private Bank Digital Banking Advisor (West Coast)

In your role as a Digital Banking Advisor with Citizens Private Bank, you will be able to work closely with Preferred Bankers and Relationship Managers to prospect, build, and strengthen client relationships with digital banking expertise. Digital Banking Associates are leveraged throughout the bank as client-facing experts on all digital treasury services, including but not limited to: Personal Online Banking, Cash Flow Essentials, accessOptima, CB Forex and the services contained within these platforms.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Partner with Preferred Bankers and Relationship Managers to present relevant products and services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present tailored live platform demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Facilitate an efficient digital onboarding process by collecting information and pre-filling necessary treasury forms.
  • Monitor the treasury implementation process to understand timeline and communicate expectations to clients.
  • Arrange and conduct training sessions with clients on initial login, setup, and overall navigation.
  • Provide ongoing support as needed, working directly with clients to answer questions or troubleshoot issues.
  • Gather feedback from clients and work closely with product managers to improve upon offered products and services, and inform future roadmaps.
  • As a representative of Citizens Private Bank, provide ongoing exceptional client service.
  • Understand client needs and offer advice on how to fulfill them via the bank’s digital services.
  • Leverage bank partners for complicated treasury services as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel within your local market to visit bank offices / clients.
  • Banking and/or digital experience preferred.

Hours & Work Schedule 

  • Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $80K - $100K plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
