Description
Citizens Private Bank continues to grow as a strategic initiative across California and other markets. This role is a integral member of a Relationship Manager team, functioning as key support for client interactions, Relationship Manager calendar, schedule, executive functionality, as well pipeline and business management.
Demonstrate a level of sophistication and accountability in the handling of highly sensitive clients and information with a focus on white glove service. Ideally this individual will grow in responsibility and exposure with the team as the perform in this role - this person is often the first impression representing the Brand to the front line and internally and needs to utilize judgment to determine how best to serve the client based on their communication to the Relationship Manager and address urgent responses and issues.
Primary responsibilities include
- Support high performing sales leader with expense management, travel, and schedule, technology support, phone and email responses/monitoring, contact information/details and also provide support to team members as needed in line with business deliverables. May attend meetings and take notes for team/Relationship Manager review. Supervise and guide events and calendar to ensure maximum efficiency for sales leader.
- Marketing Support - ensure marketing materials are compliant and current and office supplies are on-hand and available for client meetings and events; organize catering and client gifts and communicate invitations and thank you notes. Social media postings, maintain information flow/news and content management.
- Maintain file management and client written communications and organize various business activities and tasks related to gifts, centers of influence, other referral sources internally and externally; call logs and client notes tracked and updated in One Note.
- Team leadership and management, which includes allocating resources, assigning tasks, minoring progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Stakeholder engagement, where the incumbent engages with internal stakeholder to understand their business support needs and requirements.
- Process optimization and efficiency, where the incumbent identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize business support processes and workflows and service delivery and performance, which involves proactively identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks in service delivery, striving for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in supporting a high performing sales leader and team in the financial services or related industry utilizing MS Office Outlook for scheduling/email and calendar management required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, action-oriented and organized are preferred attributes of a ideal candidate
- Systems knowledge - MS Office 3+ years experience and with at least 1 year Office 365 version required; Concur is a plus, Zoom and Teams (or similar virtual meeting software)
- Ability to be a positive, friendly team member who is flexible and adapts to quickly changing priorities working closely on-site in an office as a collaborative teams
- Curious and invested in the future of the business and a desire for growth and interfacing with clients
- Problem solving mindset and excellent time management skills
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
