Deposit Product Partner (Private Bank)

Description

The Deposit Product Partner supports the growth and modernization of the Private Bank checking and deposit business.  They are responsible for performing daily operational functions, minimizing operational risk, and supporting small projects and initiatives. 

This role reports to the Deposits Director and will work closely with the Private Bank Office of the COO colleagues, Private Bankers, Private Bank Operations, Private Bank Experience Owners, and other cross-functional partners.  They will also partner with legal, risk and compliance partners to maintain an effective deposits program for Private Bank. 

Examples of scope of responsibilities

  • Manage the Private Bank document repository by creating, publishing, reviewing, implementing, and updating
  • Works with Business Subject Matter Experts, cross-functional partners and vendors to analyze business needs, documents requirements and propose solution options that fully address any operational needs, gaps or issues
  • Implement, manage content changes/approvals, and support enhancements around checking and deposit product, process, procedure changes; partner with cross-functional teams as needed
  • Help envision new client experiences and develop processes and procedures to support for deposits
  • Develop new libraries and information architecture as needed 
  • Responsible for small project management related to documents, processes and/or procedures for deposits
  • Develop strong partnerships internally with legal, risk, compliance, deposit operations and technology as well as cross-functional partners in Consumer and Commercial
  • Assist with oversight and handling of account issues 
  • Leverage insights to drive improvements to existing processes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Financial Services and/or FinTech experience
  • Must be aware of compliance and regulatory requirements in alignment with risk expectations
  • Has strong working knowledge of OneView (OV) document and disclosure management repository 
  • Shows persistent follow-through in execution of key projects and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience leading process improvement work 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle requests in a timely manner
  • Works collaboratively with team members across line of business and staff areas and create alignment
  • Can identify operational opportunities and eliminate process inefficiencies

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
