Description

As the Quality Control Manager, you are responsible for facilitating the relationship between the Real Estate Operations organization and their suppliers, acting as a bridge between the business and the suppliers. In this position you'll coordinate the management of vendors throughout the vendor life cycle in all aspects of Risk, Commercial and Performance Management for the Real Estate Operations organization.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Oversees the Real Estate Operations vendor relationship and delivery of outsourced services.
  • Supporting the Real Estate Operations function, partners with senior management to evaluate vendor performance, needs assessment, spend optimization and risk management.
  • Directs the life cycle activities for existing contracts.
  • Identifies new opportunities and solutions and works closely with internal business partners to forecast future needs and to develop cost effective strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drives the strategy and selection of vendors.
  • Coordinates the negotiation and execution of contracts with the Legal and Contracts departments.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • 10 years Facility Management- Real Estate Operations, Supply Chain Management or evidence of managing Real Estate Operations vendors, understanding of Quality Control / Assurance programs
  • High School Degree or Equivalent, required
  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree, preferred 
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record, required

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 20
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
