Citizens Private Bank has accelerated its strategy to build out Wealth Management, scale Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. We are looking for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a gold glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty. Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise, and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances.
Citizens Private Wealth Management is expanding and looking for a Trust Client Service Associate to join their team. In this role, you would be accountable for providing exceptional service to our high net worth clients and is part of our client facing fiduciary team. The fiduciary team are the face of the Citizen’s Private Wealth Trust business. The Private Client Trust Associate assists the team in managing the day to day activities of our fiduciary clients including new client onboarding, client service and client retention. This person will need to understand the wealth management industry and have experience in working with clients on matters related to investments, banking, trust services and financial planning.
Primary responsibilities include
- Lead, mentor, and develop team of trust associates
- Provide regular training to ensure team members are current on products, sales techniques and regulatory changes
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development for team members
- Providing personalized service to our Private Wealth clients for their day to day needs
- Supporting client requests related to all aspect of the relationship with Citizens (Trust, Investments & Banking)
- Working with fiduciary team to ensure proper administration in accordance with trust document
- Onboarding new client relationships, new account applications, and AML requirements
- Ensuring all clients are contacted on a recurring basis to ensure that they receive the highest level of service. Logs all activities into CRM system (Salesforce)
- Works along with the teams advisors and specialized team members to resolve daily client needs
- Expand client relationships through delivery of the broad set of the banks services and capabilities.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Required Qualifications
- 2 + years’ experience in Banking and/or Investments
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (or 5+ years’ experience)
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F
