Description

As the Property Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing property related projects and initiatives within an organization. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of property projects, such as renovations, repairs, or maintenance. The individual in this role collaborates with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success. Additionally, this role involves the development of project plans , allocating resources, and monitoring project progress to meet objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing project budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Assist all key retail project stakeholders with due diligence documentation requirements for pre-construction activities.
  • Attend key stakeholder weekly meetings to provide strategic follow up on all executable tasks for project management team.
  • Utilize, assist, and execute all required tasks in existing project management “system of record” which will include administrative, financial, and schedule driven tasks.
  • Detailed Financial Budget Tracking and Reporting.
  • Assist project management team with weekly reporting requirements to internal client.
  • Assist in contract reviews for new and updated statement of works for vendor follow ups on all executable project management requirements.
  • Coordinate internal review of design and construction drawing submissions, ensure comments are delivered to engineers and architects.
  • Will be primary manager of construction punch list follow up items for internal final project close out approvals.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and all required financial documentation for project execution.
  • Key member of project management team to ensure all project close out documentation is completed for internal and external auditing requirements.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
