Role is not relocation eligible.
As the Operations Delivery & Automation Analyst, you will focus on delivering against automation strategic initiatives and work to support the analysis of processes that define the customer experience. This role will participate in the execution of business solutions, with a focus on automation of manual processes, and support the tracking of metrics and measurements as it relates to performance of process improvement strategies.
Primary responsibilities include
- Supports analysis of business challenges and the recommended approach to mitigate these challenges using advanced technologies and automation.
- Supports conducting a root cause analysis, brainstorms recommendations for process improvements, and helps monitor results using defined metrics and measurements.
- Able to help solve automation issues and provide insights to how these issues may be avoided in the future.
- Participates in the recordkeeping of automation processes to build knowledge of future process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Industry experience.

- Work Schedule: Normal Business hours
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $ 74,400 - $ 111,600 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
