As the CSI Brokerage Operations Manager-Cashiering, you will manage all cashiering related activities and annuity processing activities relating to the Brokerage function within the Operations Department.   You will manage a team of cashiering CSI Research Specialists and CSI (Annuity) Processing Specialists.  

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage the risks and processes associated with money movement related activities for investment products in a bank environment. 
  • Perform quality control audits on all paperwork and transactions and ensure service standards are met and policies and procedures are followed.
  • Manage, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of the team of CSI Research Specialists using independent judgement and discretion.
  • Manage the daily execution processes associated with Annuity contract establishment and funding.
  • Create, implement, and maintain formal coaching and development program.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years or more of bank and/or financial services 
  • 1+ year of team lead or management experience, ideally within banking or financial services
  • Demonstrated history of strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with multiple priorities in a collaborative manner
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proven past ability to successfully analyze, problem solve, and make decisions independently and as a leader
  • FINRA Series 9 or Series 10 and/or Series 24 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience within broker-dealer environment
  • Possess ability and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing work environment 
  • Demonstrated successful past job history stability 

Hours & Work Schedule:

  • Hours per Week: 40 
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET - 100% In Office
