As a Development Partner you will serve as the primary development advisor to business partner/unit. You must have of knowledge and experience across all disciplines of organizational development and will be delivering all the disciplines to the business. This role is responsible for the design and deliver business aligned development solutions that accelerate Citizens goals. You will lead team of expert staff who will translate constituent needs to action and results by collaborating within and across development, HR and Citizens, building relationships and providing consulting, design and delivery of development initiatives.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Strategic Planning: can develop long-term strategies aligned with the bank’s vision and adapt to changing financial landscape.
  • Digital Literacy: proficient in using advanced tech for data analysis, talent management, and enhancing employee experience.
  • Business Acumen: deep understanding of the banking industry, financial products, and market trends to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Cross-Cultural Competence: manage and integrate a diverse workforce, fostering an inclusive environment that respects different backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: establish strong connections with business leaders and stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and support organizational growth.
  • Analytical Skills: ability to interpret complex data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR practices.
  • Innovative Mindset: embracing new ideas and approaches to HR, to keep the bank at the forefront of HR practices.
  • Change Management: leading change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions during digital transformations or organizational restructuring.
  • Talent Development and Succession Planning: identifying and nurturing high-potential employees, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Future-Focused Capabilities: anticipating future work trends and preparing the workforce with skills like adaptability, resilience, and continuous learning to stay competitive.                                                     

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • 15 + years of work experience organizational development, diagnostic needs assessment, talent design 
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Ph.D. preferred 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
