The Private Bank Client Service Manager (Business Banking) will be a conduit for all client-facing and internal digital treasury management operational needs. This individual will be tasked with overseeing the onboarding of new client’s end-to-end specific to treasury solutions and products, joining their respective banking team on sales calls and providing corporate online demonstrations, assisting with new client onboarding, setup and training, and continued support for the client. The Client Service Manager serves as the main point of contact for Treasury Solutions, while simultaneously coordinating with appropriate internal implementation teams to fulfill the client’s need. The individual in position will be tasked with serving clients exclusively in the Private Equity space, mastering the bank’s digital and treasury platforms and how they benefit the client which include but are not limited to: Corporate Online Banking, Foreign Exchange Online (Currency purchasing, FX, wires, etc.), Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Wire Transfers, ACH, Bill Payment, Payment Transmissions (Swift, BAI2 Files, etc.), Automatic File Reconciliation and Positive Pay. The Client Service Manager also works closely with Product Team to identify gaps in client-facing technology, etc.
Primary responsibilities include
- Assist with fielding prospects, including taking introductory meetings and providing rates when the Relationship Manager is not available.
- Firm understanding of Relationship Manager's clientele and product specialty.
- Routinely reviews existing client base for deposit opportunities and prospects.
- Respond to client inquiries and servicing requests in a timely manner (response within 30 minutes, solution within 1-2 business days, varying on complexity).
- Assists their respective relationship manager with coordinating client meetings, events, and gifts.
- Working closely with their Private Banker to obtain additional documentation for deposit relationship opening, ensuring this is completed in the pre-approval stage.
- Partnering with RMs on new client acquisition through sales calls and platform demos.
- Acts as a liaison with internal treasury product, implementation, sales and service teams to ensure Private Equity client treasury needs are met.
- Works with client teams to help facilitate a seamless banking transition, providing training and overseeing the client’s setup across all Treasury products and services, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Acts as a consultant for prospective and existing clients to ensure all Treasury needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- 5+years of experience with private bank clients in supporting relationship manager activities, preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of managing the lending process from open to close.
- Bachelors degree preferred

- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F
