Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Additionally, you will monitor complex systems and applications with concurrent users and interfaces. You will also participate in efforts to improve performance, accessibility, capability, control, and functionality of infrastructure components, including planning for business growth alongside a team of highly motivated engineers. Lastly, you will ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. Primary responsibilities include

  • Monitor a multitude of complex systems and/or applications with many concurrent users and interfaces, ensuring accessibility, control and data integrity.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware and connectivity issues.
  • Participate in proactive efforts to improve the performance, accessibility, capability, control and functionality of infrastructure components, including planning for business growth.
  • Lead routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management and hot fixes.
  • Perform capacity modeling and availability analysis on a variety of platforms and environments, ensuring infrastructure components meet projected utilizations.
  • Review performance and control reports; determining the appropriate course of action to improve performance when necessary.
  • Analyzes audit trails to detect systematic security violations; recommending further investigation or security solutions when necessary.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant industry experience. 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $ 122,400 - $ 183,600 .per year  plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
