The Engagement Partner at Citizens will play a crucial role on the Corporate Communications Colleague Engagement Team in supporting and executing various engagement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing colleague engagement, recognition, and Citizens culture overall. This role will interact with all levels of the organization, as well as collaborate with partners and stakeholders across various teams and departments to ensure the successful implementation of engagement activities and programs. The role is based at our Westwood, MA campus and will be responsible for leading building engagement in Westwood.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Support Engagement Programs: Assist in the strategic planning and execution of engagement programs such as Colleague Recognition, Let’s Connect, Credo Champion Event, Brick Anniversary Gala, and Credo Week.
  • Manage Communication: Update intranet pages, newsletters, and SharePoint sites with relevant information about engagement programs and recognition activities.
  • Engage Colleagues and Leaders: Participate in and support colleague engagement activities, including celebration days, digital signage content management, and team effectiveness initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders on campus.
  • Provide Feedback and Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from colleagues to improve engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal communications, digital partners, and other departments to promote engagement programs.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and lead impactful and innovative engagement program strategies to drive colleague engagement and activate culture.
  • Plan and Execute Events: Organize and manage building level events and initiatives that boost morale and promote company culture. 

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues and manage internal communications.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with various departments.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze feedback and data to improve engagement programs.
  • Proficiency in Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital communication tools, SharePoint, and other Office 365 Tools.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and proactive approach to colleague engagement and recognition activities.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management and the ability to coordinate and lead initiatives.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop and execute creative recognition programs and engagement strategies.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-5 Hybrid in Westwood, MA
