Servicing Ops Analyst - Testing and Production Support

As the Servicing Ops Analyst - Testing and Production Support, you will be responsible for the management of projects for the business unit (e.g., strategic change management, implementation new products, systems/technology, process reengineering, establishment of control procedures) and/or managing the day-to-day running of the infrastructure. You are required to possess business acumen of Transaction Processing and will be responsible for driving business vision to enhance flexibility and organizational safety and soundness. You will report to the Consumer Operations Execution Manager and will assist in driving our strategic vision and developing meaningful working relationships across organizations. Primary responsibilities include

  • The primary focus of the role is on day-to-day deliverables, developing solutions based upon subject expertise, and occasionally representing the business at a broader level.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors business strategy by creating, deploying, and measuring corporate business strategy and ensures that the results are monitored.
  • Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality. This includes ensuring that the solution is capable of enabling the business to achieve benefit realization as well as demonstrating understanding of the organizational impact of change.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve project deficiencies and follow up to keep projects on schedule and within budgeted cost constraints.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peer level stakeholders across the business so that these contribute both to the effective operation of the business unit as well as the development of the unit business plan.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • 2+ years’ experience in a technical support role (testing and production support) preferred, preferably in back-office operations (Transaction Processing i.e.. Check, ACH, Zelle, etc)
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Continuous improvement aptitude
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel Macros
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40 
  • Work Schedule:  8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Hybrid:  3 days onsite/week in Riverside.
