Description
As the Wealth Policy Documentation Specialist, you are responsible for focus specialization in analysis and evaluation of business data to identify solutions to moderate to complex business and problems concerning wealth policies. Additionally the specialist works to ensure operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization. Lastly, they will build knowledge of the company, processes and customers and solves a range of straightforward problems related to wealth policy.
Primary responsibilities include
- The incumbent is responsible for policy development and documentation, which includes assistance in the development, review, and maintenance of wealth management policies, procedures and guidelines.
- The incumbent is responsible for compliance and regulatory support, policy implementation and communication, and policy governance and monitoring.
- The incumbent is responsible for documentation management, which includes managing the organization and accessibility of policy documents and related records.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ year of technical writing or business written communication ideally with policy and procedures.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Success proven ability to be successful and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment using strong time management skills.
- Proven ability to successfully analyze, problem solve and make decisions independently.
- Possesses detailed and goal oriented professional approach with an interest Wealth Management and Investment business line.
- Completed high school degree or GED equivalent.
Preferred Requirements:
- Prefer 1 year or more of bank/financial services.
- Securities Licenses such as SIE, Series 7 or Series 63 highly preferred.
- Demonstrated successful stable work history.
- Completed associates and/or bachelors college degree in technical writing; journalism; and/or communications related major preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
- M-F: 8:30 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET; Occasional OT Optional
- 100% in office
