Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automation Access Principal to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for obtaining all necessary access for our cutting-edge automation processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will craft and document comprehensive procedures for access management, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will oversee a secure and comprehensive database of IDs and access credentials, safeguarding our critical information. Implementing and enforcing stringent password policies will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring regular updates and maximum security within our automation systems. You will work closely with our risk coordinator and risk partners to ensure full compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements. Vigilantly monitoring and auditing access to our systems, you will identify and address any anomalies or breaches. Providing expert support and guidance to team members on access-related issues, you will foster a culture of security awareness and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Management: Obtain and manage all necessary access for automation processes, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Procedure Development: Develop, document, and continuously improve procedures for access management to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Credential Database Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive and secure database of IDs and access credentials, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Password Management: Implement and enforce policies for regular password changes and updates in automation systems to enhance security. 
  • Compliance Collaboration: Collaborate with the risk coordinator and risk partners to ensure compliance with all security protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Access Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor and audit access to systems and data, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and identifying any anomalies or breaches.
  • Team Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to team members on access-related issues, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices.
  • Regular Training: Conduct regular training sessions for team members on the latest security protocols and access management procedures.
  • Incident Response: Develop and document procedures for responding to security incidents related to access management, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Periodic Access Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews of access levels to ensure they are appropriate for current roles and responsibilities, adjusting as necessary.
  • Automation Tools Utilization: Leverage automation tools to streamline access management processes, reducing the risk of human error and increasing efficiency.
  • Partner with Governance Principal: Provide coverage for the Governance Principal with Risk and Audit partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in access management and automation.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Certification in security or access management.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule:  8:30 - 5pm Mon - Fri EST
