Finance Analyst

As the Finance Analyst, you will provide support of the cost allocation and management reporting MIS production processes (EssBase) for the FP&A organization. The role interacts with the support service providers to determine the allocation methodologies as well as the Line of business Finance areas to help understand their costs.  You will work collaboratively with other financial staff in a team environment and support initiatives that will improve financial processes.

Primary responsibilities include

• Support the methodology principles for allocating costs both internal and external to a business.
• Work with the support service providers to determine the allocation methodology and Cost pool definition.  This includes supporting documentation on process and reference materials on Corporate Planning Intranet site.   
• Review of the monthly business unit allocations to ensure reasonability.   Ensure Reg W allocations meet expectations. 
• Manage automation for Financial data loads and consolidations within EssBase for Monthly, Weekly and Daily close cycles.
• Monthly Actual Financial close responsibilities in EssBase to deliver results within specified service level agreements.
• Support Forecast/Budget close out process in EssBase with FP&A Planning team.
• Reconcilement, Validations and Support for Reporting deliverables.
• Build reporting capabilities leveraging core tools (e.g. EssBase, Dodeca) to support Finance users.
• Maintain strong Audit and control environment.
• Assist in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• Bachelor in Finance or Accounting 
• Banking experience a plus with exposure through finance organization
• Demonstrated experience with Financial Analysis
• Strong PC skills with ability to manipulate data in Excel required.
•  Solid communication skills and ability to partner across teams

Hours & Work Schedule

• 40 Hours per Week:
• M-F
