Description
Responsible for solving a range of straightforward problems and coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of this Infrastructure area. This may cover activities such as facilities, space planning and moves, and systems development and support. Incumbents may also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the infrastructure area costs and may also be involved in strategic business planning and change management initiatives. Liaising with the other business areas such as human resources, legal & compliance, and operations . Responsible for coordinating, project the incumbent receives a moderate level of guidance and direction, while managing and planning across a number of functions. By understanding key business drivers, you will use this understanding to manage strategic, operational and administrative support for the business in the region to include business strategy, financial management, improvement activity etc..
Primary responsibilities include
- Development and the implementation of the business support strategy that is aligned with the organization’s goals and objects.
- Identifying areas for improvement in business support processes, systems, and workflows.
- Team leadership and management, which includes allocating resources, assigning tasks, minoring progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Stakeholder engagement, where the incumbent engages with internal stakeholder to understand their business support needs and requirements.
- Process optimization and efficiency, where the incumbent identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize business support processes and workflows and service delivery and performance, which involves proactively identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks in service delivery, striving for continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Prior Commercial or Business Banking Operations experience preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
