Description
The Senior Marketing Partner is an experienced marketer who understands marketing strategy and has the ability to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business success for Mortgage.
As a Senior Marketing Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing activities for Mortgage products. Marketing channels include direct marketing (email & direct mail), digital marketing (SEM, display, social, website), editorial articles, and branch assets.
This team member will join our experienced and highly visible Home Lending Marketing team within the broader Enterprise Marketing team. Citizens’ Enterprise Marketing team continuously innovates and enhances how we communicate with our customers. We embrace today’s agile test-and-learn philosophy to meet customer needs faster. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Development and Execution
- Collaborate with Growth Strategist, Marketing Manager, and Channel Experts to plan, execute, and optimize email and mobile app campaigns.
- Serve as the primary liaison with email and mobile app execution teams, managing campaign intake briefs, creative approvals, and timelines.
- Manage the creative review process and ensure creative delivers on the strategy and campaign goals while keeping the customer experience in the forefront.
- Partner with web publishing and analytics teams to manage landing pages, implement tracking URLs, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Work with risk management to ensure regulatory standards are met for all campaign materials.
Budget Management
- Oversee campaign budgets in the MRM system (Aprimo), ensuring accuracy and adherence to allocations.
- Monitor fulfillment expenses and participate in budget workshops to enhance process efficiency.
Customer Experience & User Insights
- Work with CX/UX research teams to design studies that gather insights to inform testing and campaign messaging
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues on process documentation and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign performance in partnership with Growth Strategist
- Prepare presentation decks for meetings with product teams and broader marketing team.
- Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible for team use.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of marketing experience, focusing on email, digital, or UX (Mortgage or other financial services experience is a plus).
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including risk management, analytics, and creative execution.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships.
- Highly organized self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Enthusiasm for new marketing trends and innovative testing opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
