The primary focus of the Project Manager is the delivery of process improvement and analytics reflecting benefits of collaboration and leadership with teams towards achieving goals and results in alignment with the Strategy Delivery Manager and the Head of Real Estate Operations. 

Candidate will provide operations project and analytical expertise to lead work streams and the reporting of time, cost and quality. Candidate will create and foster a climate of adding value in delivering projects by striving for excellence. The Strategy Delivery Manager is responsible for Management of significant projects, analytics, and refreshed service models.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Establish a broad knowledge of the Real Estate Operations Org and its key functions/ systems utilized.
  • Gain understanding of  key business drivers; using this understanding to accomplish work and projects
  • Perform data analytics reporting for Real Estate Operations performance measures. 
  • Conduct seasonal projects with team to determine gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency towards “making it easier” and best-in-class services.
  • Transition business models with team.
  • Identify, evaluate, and ensure that appropriate mitigating actions and plans are in place for all risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating to Manager with solutions for mitigation while working on any project
  • Lease administration alignment with lease vs tenant  responsibility matrix provided by Leasing.
  • Candidate should have good written/communications skills and experience working in high security areas preferred.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Good written and oral communication skills as well as experience working in high security areas preferred
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Self-thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate 
  • Ability to identify the impact of project deliverables to ensure these are fully supported  when rolled out
  • Ability to create and foster a climate of adding value as a collaborator and delivering results by striving for excellence and inclusiveness.
  • Prior analytical skillset of any kind preferred 

 Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License, required

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per week: 40 Hours
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
