As the Private Bank Treasury Advisor you will provide support to Private Bank Relationship Managers and teams with accountability for briefing memos, account plans and Pitch Books, while ensuring coordination among product partners, Relationship Managers and other internal partners to develop client solutions. This role will be a conduit for all client-facing and internal digital treasury management operational needs. This individual will be tasked with overseeing the onboarding of new client’s end-to-end specific to treasury solutions and products, joining their respective banking team on sales calls and providing corporate online demonstrations, assisting with new client onboarding, setup and training, and continued support for the client. 

Primary responsibilities include

  • Work with the Relationship Manager on client proposals including Treasury solutions, cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models, etc.
  • Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research.
  • Understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
  • Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
  • Develop and understand competitors products and positioning within the client & market.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for Treasury Solutions, while simultaneously coordinating with appropriate internal implementation teams to fulfill the client’s need. 
  • Mastering the bank’s digital and treasury platforms and how they benefit the client which include but are not limited to: Corporate Online Banking, Foreign Exchange Online (Currency purchasing, FX, wires, etc.), Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Wire Transfers, ACH, Bill Payment, Payment Transmissions (Swift, BAI2 Files,etc.), Automatic File Reconciliation and Positive Pay.
  • Works closely with Product Team to identify gaps in client-facing technology, etc.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • 3+ years experience in treasury sales/support or similar financial services products with business banking or private bank clients.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with capability to lead effective meetings with clients and internal business partners.
  • Strong level of competency with virtual meeting tools, internal systems and ability to learn and apply new technology.

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
