The Transaction Processing Consumer Operations Execution Senior Professional reports to the Business Support Manager and will assist in executing and leading the day-to-day administrative support to the Transaction Processing team within Consumer Deposits and Loan Servicing (CDLS). The Consumer Operations Execution Senior Professional will be responsible for a range of initiatives for Transaction Processing including but not limited to: risk remediation, preparation of materials for meetings and/or presentations, creation of capacity models, and policy and procedure oversight. This position will also lead cross departmental initiatives across CDLS, including but not limited to: records management and compliance training. Individual will be resourceful and flexible due to changing priorities and may be asked to pitch in on various tasks, large and small, to meet short-term priorities and need of the department. Individuals in this position work with minimal supervision and act as a resource for other team members and may lead projects.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead risk remediation efforts, which could include meeting with key stakeholders of all levels across the organization, sourcing, manipulating, and analyzing data sets.  
  • Gather information to support the creation of materials for meetings and presentations, including but not limited to Business Line Reviews, Town Halls, and team meetings. 
  • Ensure the annual policy and procedure reviews occur timely and accurately, supported by the build out of a quality assurance review.
  • Assist with the development and updating of capacity models for Transaction Processing, which could include performing time studies. 
  • Oversee the compliance training program for CDLS, which includes assigning training to new hires and/or transfers timely, as well as tracking and reporting completion rates to management. 
  • Provide oversight and act as a single point of contact for records management across CDLS, including but not limited to: communicating information to records coordinators, ensuring boxes are returned to Iron Mountain timely, remediation of metadata cleanup, as well as supporting annual records management destruction and attestation requirements.
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed by the Transaction Processing Leadership Team.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • 5+ years financial experience, preferably in a highly regulated banking environment.
  • 5+ years risk management experience 
  • Proven strong critical thinking and analytical ability to make sound, risk-based decisions.
  • Proven strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently while still maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel. 
  • Expertise performing extensive manipulation (i.e.: combining multiple data sets into one, filtering, sorting, etc.) on large data sets in Alteryx, Access, or Excel.  
  • History of strong performance driven by being self-motivated, taking initiative to turn ideas into actions, and producing output at a high level.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Hybrid

  • In office – 3 days: Monday, Thursday, flexible 3rd day
  • Hybrid– 2 days
