Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Process Automation Sr. Developer for its Johnston, RI location.

Duties: Leads the development, implementation, and support of applications that enable consumer banking applications. Develops process automations for the Consumer Robotics Process Automation Team. Plans, analyzes, designs, develops, tests, and implement cutting-edge application components for use in commercial and end-user applications. Gathers requirements and builds automations leveraging Blueprism and UiPath software. Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop process maps and automation use cases. Ensures that solutions meet business needs and relevant use cases. Reviews and validates new application solutions, aligns application functionality with business requirements and strategy, and anticipates issues and challenges affecting application functionality. Utilizes expertise in coding concepts to evaluate program modules for performance scalability and openness of design. Provides technical guidance to less experienced developers.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field followed by three (3) years of progressive experience in the role or in a related field. Full term of experience must include: Designing, developing, testing and implementing applications using RPA Software, including Blue Prism and UiPath; Utilizing programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, VBA, Python to build custom code stages and libraries to achieve process automation; Designing and developing components which consume SOAP and REST based APIs; Developing application/automation components such as UiPath forms, email libraries, table extraction using scripting languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Utilizing SQL queries, stored procedures, databases, including Oracle, and MySQL to store, maintain, and extract business data; Utilizing Blue Prism Control room and UiPath Orchestrator to perform session management, debug process solutions, monitor jobs and work queues; Utilizing OCR (Optical Character Recognition) techniques in UiPath and surface automation in Blue Prism to build automations to extract data from thin client/virtual machine environments and scanned documents; Utilizing intelligent document processing models such as UiPath Document Understanding, Decipher, and Intellidact AI to train models and extract data from documents through Machine Learning algorithms; Utilizing Atlassian tech stacks, including JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket to plan, assign, track, report, and manage work, review tickets against committed code, and manage repositories; Utilizing issue management and version control systems, including GIT, JIRA, and Service Now; Utilizing CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, to automate build processes and testing, perform continuous integration management, and to manage build results and deployment; Utilizing Bitbucket for source code management; and Utilizing Jenkins open source automation to manage weekly builds, tests, and deploy chains.
