Description
As the Head of Corporate Payment Sales, you will lead and collaborate with direct reports to drive the sales value proposition and a customer value proposition. You will work in partnership with business partners to develop marketing strategy, identify joint business opportunities and support each other’s business initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include
- Manage the card sales team to deliver the sales Plan required to meet the budget.
- Accountable for creating and executing on short term and long term division and cross divisional strategies to Drive increased productivity, revenue growth, and improve efficiencies. Anticipate market trends, company requirements, customer needs, and other impacts and adjust accordingly.
- Accountable for the successful execution of a multitude of Treasury solutions initiatives, the ideal candidate will inspire and lead a geographically disperse team across a multiple State footprint.
- Partner across organization to Ensure Shared best practices, participation in enterprise wide projects, build meaningful and effective relationships within and outside of Treasury solutions.
- Ensure the sales function mitigates risk while ensuring business needs are met.
- Develop a Leadership and coaching culture to Ensure succession, continued advancement, and a Drive of constant Development.
- Lead people through change, Create followership, customer Focus, team and Partner collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing or 9+ years in a commercial card sales capacity
- Proven experience in B2B sales, commercial banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of commercial payment solutions, credit cards, and treasury management services.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft’s suite of Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F
