Description
The Sr Digital Product Manager role reports within the Digital Product organization with responsibility for collaboration with a core product team and technical delivery teams to execute against product features and product requirements. Citizens is seeking a Sr Digital Product Management Partner who will drive the delivery of Digital Payment web and app enhancements, write detailed user stories, manage user story tickets using JIRA and other project tools, work directly with development and design teams to build and implement, engage with Release Management on launches, validate delivery, and help manage communications. Coordinates with the cross LOB functions to own the full end to end customer experience associated with the products. Provides analytics and reporting to management and business lines to evaluate performance.
Primary responsibilities include
- Maintain strong relationships with implementation and development teams to ensure solutions meet product goals.
- Communicate the business requirements to development groups to drive understanding of purpose and software capabilities.
- Ensure impacted stakeholders have the appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, buy in and training of product changes and related process. Monitor performance and metrics postlaunch; identify and drive improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and grow a deep knowledge of the business and stakeholder needs and constraints.
- Be an advocate for your product line; articulate the customer and business value to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Provide input to drive the product roadmap.
- Develop compelling presentations to communicate your product vision.
- Collaborate with the POD manager to create a maintain a product backlog in accordance with business value and return on investment.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with implementation and development teams to ensure solutions align with product goals.
- Skilled in communicating business requirements to development groups, driving understanding of purpose and software capabilities.
- Experienced in ensuring stakeholders have the appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, buy-in, and training regarding product changes and related processes.
- Proficient in monitoring performance and metrics post-launch, identifying and driving improvement opportunities.
- Deep knowledge of business and stakeholder needs and constraints, with the ability to advocate for product lines and articulate customer and business value to all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Education
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F
